REGULATIONS OF THE DEKOR-KAFLE ONLINE STORE
§ 1. General provisions
The online store available at www.dekor-kafle.pl is run by the company: Dekor-Kafle Borys Soczewiński, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), Tax Identification Number (NIP): 929-17-44-973, registered office address: Zyndaki 53b, 11-731 Sorkwity.

The store sells handmade ceramics and tiles at retail. Products offered in the store are made to individual customer orders.
§ 2. Orders and delivery times
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store's website.
Due to the artisanal nature of production (hand-forming, drying and glazing), the standard order processing time is 4 to 6 weeks from the moment of payment.
Handcrafted ceramics are unique. Variations in shade, slight edge irregularities, and crackle effects are a natural characteristic of a handcrafted product and do not constitute a physical defect.
§ 3. Payment and Delivery
The following payment methods are available in the store: [e.g. Przelewy24, Blik, traditional bank transfer].
Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. Goods are shipped via courier [or on pallets for large orders].
The Seller undertakes to pack the ceramics safely and carefully for transport.
§ 4. Right of withdrawal (VERY IMPORTANT!)
Pursuant to Article 38 point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to the Consumer in relation to contracts where the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
The above point applies to all ceramic tiles in the store's offer (except Sample Sets), because each product is created from scratch and fired in the color chosen by the Customer upon their express request.
§ 5. Complaints (Damage during transport)
The Seller is liable to the Consumer under the warranty for physical and legal defects.
If any mechanical damage occurs during transport, the Customer is asked to complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the Seller immediately (preferably with photographic documentation). Such a complaint will be reviewed within 14 days.
§ 6. Personal data (GDPR)
The Seller is the controller of personal data processed in connection with order fulfillment. Detailed data processing rules can be found in the Privacy Policy .
