We know that artisanal ceramics are a precious and delicate material, so we've perfected our packaging and shipping processes. We want our tiles to arrive at your home intact and without logistical hassles.
📦 How do we pack and protect your order?
We've eliminated the hassle of standard, cumbersome pallet deliveries in favor of convenient courier packages. You don't have to worry about lugging a heavy pallet up from your driveway or down the sidewalk outside your apartment building!
Parcels up to 30 kg: We ship orders in sturdy boxes with a maximum weight of 30 kg. For larger quantities, we divide the order into several secure parcels, which the courier will deliver directly to your door.
Full Insurance: Rest easy! Every shipment we send is 100% insured for the full value of the tiles ordered.
Armored protection: Each package is a true fortress. We pack our tiles in carefully prepared bundles of 10, tightly wrapped in thick bubble wrap.
Cushioning on all sides: We place the packages in a cardboard box, and fill any empty space with cushioning materials: sponges, foams, and Styrofoam. The tiles are completely immobilized.
Pallet Shipping: Ordering a very large quantity for a project and preferring a pallet? We only deliver pallets at the customer's express request – please let us know when placing your order.
🔄 Returns and Transport Complaints
We are a true Polish manufacturer. We don't keep inventory, and we approach the creation process 100% individually.
Made-to-Order (No Returns): All our tiles are made from scratch, strictly to your specific order (chosen shape, glaze color, and quantity). Therefore, in accordance with consumer law, returns of full-value items are not possible. To be absolutely sure of your chosen color before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to purchase our Sample Set!
Parcel Receipt and Damage: Our robust packaging is reliable in 99% of cases. However, because shipments are fully insured, we kindly ask you to check the condition of your packages in the presence of the courier.
Damage Report: If you notice any damage to the box or contents, immediately complete a damage report with the courier. This is an essential document that allows us to quickly activate your insurance, acknowledge your complaint, and replace and ship the damaged items free of charge.
